At L’S Candle Company, we carefully package every order to ensure your candles arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are hand-packed and processed within 1–3 working days

  • During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the UK

  • If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

L’S Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

L’S Candle Company cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
